Common questions
- Signing in: Butiq sends a one-time code to your email address, or you can sign in with Google or Apple. Check your spam folder if the code does not arrive.
- Deleting your account: see Delete your account.
- Your data: see the privacy page.
- A question about an order you placed with a bakery: please contact that bakery directly. Butiq cannot change or cancel orders on a bakery's behalf.
