Terms
Last updated: 4 November 2026
Version 2026-11-04
These terms apply when you open a shop on Butiq or use it as a team member. Customers who only place an order with a bakery are not asked to accept them; their order is with the bakery.
Who we are
Butiq is operated by:
Nitro Cloud LTD

"Butiq", "we" and "us" in these terms mean Nitro Cloud LTD.
The service
Butiq gives a bakery an order page, a panel and an app to take and manage orders. You use Butiq in the course of your business; it is not offered to consumers for private use. We develop the service continuously and may change, add or remove features, keeping the core of taking and managing orders.
Your account and shop
- You are responsible for what you publish in your shop and for the people you add to your team.
- Keep your sign-in secure. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
- You set your own prices, delivery rules and payment methods and you are the seller of what customers order. Taxes, invoicing and food rules for your sales stay with you.
- For your customers' data you are the controller and we are your processor; we process it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy page.
Orders and payments
Payments from your customers go through the payment provider account you connect, or are arranged directly between you and the customer. Refunds and handling of open orders are between you and your customers.
Plans and fees
Using Butiq is currently free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the prices at least 30 days before anything is charged, and nothing is charged without your agreement. If you do not want a paid plan you can keep using what stays free or delete your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Butiq to:
- sell unlawful goods or publish unlawful content, or infringe the rights of others;
- harm or mislead customers;
- get around security measures, overload or interfere with the service, or copy data from it at scale;
- share your sign-in with people who are not part of your team.
Suspension and ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app (see Delete your account). If a shop breaks these terms we will normally tell you by email and give you reasonable time to fix it. For serious or repeated breaches, or to protect customers or the service, we may suspend a shop straight away and then tell you why.
Availability
We work for high availability but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where possible we do maintenance at quiet times. Outages caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as network failures, attacks or third-party services, do not give rise to claims.
Liability
- We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.
- For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation, limited to the damage typically foreseeable when you signed up and in any case to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event.
- Liability under mandatory product liability law is not affected. Any further liability is excluded.
Changes to these terms
We tell you about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or in the panel. If you do not agree you can delete your account before then.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Courts in Ruse, Bulgaria have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules of the country where you are established. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in force.
